HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION (HOA) SERVICES and UNIT OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES
The HOA provides services to Unit Owners, as defined in the HOA Declaration and By-Laws, in return for monthly fees.

Insurance Premium Contribution

Annually, Unit Owner is required to pay a proportional share of the HOA common area blanket insurance premium
