HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION (HOA) SERVICES and UNIT OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES

The HOA provides services to Unit Owners, as defined in the HOA Declaration and By-Laws, in return for monthly fees.

Unit Owner responsibilities are also defined in the HOA Declaration and By-Laws. A summary of both is found below.
