COUNTRY CLUB TOWNE HOMES

Real Estate Signs are not permitted in Country Club Towne Homes. The Country Club Towne Home Board of Directors has authorized the use of "Available" signs in place of traditional Real Estate signs. These attractive signs are placed in front of all Units that are for sale or lease and allow homeowners, real estate agents and interested parties to identify Units that are for sale or lease. 

 

A list of available units, including listing agent contact information, are available on our website, in the guard house and in the managers office. Real Estate Agents are responsible for contacting the office to make certain that information is up to date and accurate.

 

No visitor may enter Country Club Towne Homes to look at real estate unless accompanied by a real estate agent.
